About Verdemont Excavation

Verdemont Excavation is an excavation referral service serving San Bernardino, CA and the east Inland Empire. It is named for Verdemont, the foothill neighborhood at the north end of the city where the Cajon Wash meets the mountains and where nearly every dig hits rock.

Why this site exists

Pricing excavation is hard for a homeowner. The work is quoted by the hour or by the job, rock and access change everything, and it is difficult to tell a fair number from a padded one. This site publishes the ranges local licensed contractors actually quote inside, explains the permits, and then connects you with one of them.

How contractors are chosen

Every contractor we refer holds an active California license in the right class (A or C-12, C-42 for sewer and septic), carries current insurance, and works the town your job is in. We check the license at the CSLB lookup and you can too.

How we get paid

The contractor pays us for the introduction. You pay nothing to us, and we never hold your money. Your contract, your payments and the warranty are between you and the contractor.
